School Leads Needed

We have ambitious plans to roll out the School Together Equal Programme nationally. To achieve this, we’re looking for people to join our team.

What you’ll be doing:

• Running the STEP programme in a local school to you

• That means 10x 45 min sessions with each class in either Y6 or Y7

• You will need to help us to recruit the school (it’s a free programme but they need to meet the person running it!)

• Manage your time and resources

• Please note it is an existing programme with a curriculum which has been designed and developed by education professionals, you don’t need to create anything from scratch.

Who are you?:

• You are most likely to have teaching experience with KS2 either as a TA or running an after school club

• You can ‘manage’ a class of 30 pupils

• You have a DB check (or will qualify for one)

• You’re looking for a little bit of extra cash during term time, during school hours.

• You’re quite entrepreneurial, our existing school lead has helped us get into two more schools since she started, which of course means more work for her!

• You are passionate about inclusivity and equality.

Please note we pay £20 an hour pro rata.
