Equal Opportunities for All

We believe in everyone is equal and entitled to the same status, rights and opportunities as each other. While we are all equal, we are not all the same. We don’t believe there is a ‘one size fits all’ solution to helping young people get the most out of the education system, and this is why we are working hard to develop programmes for both primary and secondary schools. We want to create a long-lasting and substantial impact on every student we work with.

Let’s narrow the attainment gap and raise aspirations, together.

Our ethos applies to our business too.

  • We work with partners including Kingston University and WeMakeChange to give young people work experience.

  • The majority of our team is female and we have a wide representation of characteristics including LGBTQ+, race, religion, disability, and neuro-divergence.

  • We are currently scoping a community research exercise to make sure we’re meeting the needs of the area.

  • Where we have a corporate speaking or training opportunity we use facilitators with lived experience.
