At Together Equal we believe everyone should have the equal opportunity to succeed.

We need as many allies as possible to achieve that which is why we have created Ally Inclusion Day, a day of virtual events and celebrations where we bring inclusion and allyship to the top of everyone’s agenda.

If you are an Inclusion Champion, People person or involved in an Employee Resources group in your business we are asking for your support. On 22 January 2025 we will be celebrating World Ally Inclusion Day again. Virtually or face-to-face, run your own event and upload pictures to LinkedIn #allyinclusionday. This is our opportunity to celebrate our allies, and talk about how we can work together to bring even more into the conversation.
