Sarah Aird-Mash
Founder & CEO
Together Equal is the brain child of Sarah who has a passion and history of working towards establishing equality for everyone. Supporting Eaves for Women for 10 years it became clear there was a huge need to create a sustainable income stream for small independent charities. Together Equal started with a set of conversation cards Sarah created as a vehicle to raise money for these charities and now we’re running school and community programmes engaging and connecting people on the broadest possible level.
Andrew Milne
Andrew is a dedicated advocate for company culture, engagement and employee well-being. He excels at crafting inclusive workplaces where individuality shines, accomplishments are celebrated, and wellness is a top priority.
Andrew's expertise spans various aspects of Diversity and Inclusion, you can catch him co-hosting our podcast on Diversity and Inclusion.
Notably Andrew was nominated for Ally of the Year 2023 by the Black Tech Achievement Awards!
Neve Taylor
Corporate Lead and Chief Storyteller
Neve’s career started in the theatre as a professional actress for 10 years before making the leap into Corporate Training and becoming an NLP Master Practitioner. Her next decade was spent at Apple and Google, leading their Worldwide Sales Training Programs and working closely on delivering L&D projects with HR.
Tanya Mitchell
Education Lead
Tanya (BA) Therapeutic Psychology has 12 years experience in primary and secondary education as Pastoral Manager. Tanya also has extensive experience in PRU and has invested in ongoing CPD over the years including: Mental Health Awareness, Prevent training, Triple P parenting program, Behaviour Management, RRS and Strengthening Families.
Helene Ambiana
Board Advisor
Helene is the global head of 3P Marketing & Skillshop at Google, and is a passionate advocate of diversity and inclusion. Currently based in San Francisco, Helene is heading up our work focusing on racial equality.

Sarah Woodhead
Chief Designer
Sarah is a Senior Designer at Relish Creative with over 12 years of web and graphic design experience, and a passion for all things visual. She used to be a professional photographer in a previous life and is happy to now be an enthusiast. Sarah is the designer for all of Together Equal’s endeavours.
