Accelerating growth with Kingston University

Together Equal is pleased to be one of the social enterprises benefitting from the Kingston University Social Impact Programme this winter. As part of the programme Kingston University is funding a team of 5 undergraduate volunteers to look at the go-to-market strategy for the Together Equal conversation cards and journals.

Together Equal is a not-for-profit which creates and sells Conversation Cards for families. In every pack, there are 56 cards, each with a different question, which gives parents and kids a fun way to start conversations as well as foster ideas and build relationships.

The questions have been developed with consideration to

  • Helping kids develop critical thinking and soft skills with an awareness of the environment around them

  • Letting kids recognise their own strengths and build self-confidence and self-esteem

  • Challenging social stereotypes and unconscious bias

  • Giving parents a platform to deal with subjects that aren’t always easy to address in the natural flow of a conversation

Our partner charities sell these directly retaining all profits. Profits from cards sold through Together Equal support our school programme.

Today we’ve been reading ‘The Four Cornerstones of High Self-Confidence’ on the iNLP website.

The whole foundation of Together Equal focuses on building the foundations of a strong belief system that allows self-confidence. By working with kids. Parents, carers and schools we’re creating an environment where we can build up the positive self perception of the next generation.

Our Conversation Cards are available as an app on Google Play and the Appstore, and our Journal for kids age 7-12 is available on Amazon - order it now as a great stocking filler for Christmas!
