TEAM VOLUNTEERING DAY

As we work towards equality for all it is increasingly clear there is work to be done to build a more diverse talent pipeline for the future. We have developed the Business School Together Equal Programme (B-Step) to enable businesses to build relationships with the local community, nurture talent inclusively and create social impact.

As a young adult, our future ambitions are determined by the environment we grow up in and the role models who nurture us. For many kids this can be limiting. Through our Corporate Volunteering programme we provide businesses with the training and tools to run a 2hr school session which is fun and engaging, designed to help pupils to see career opportunities they may not previously have understood.

What it includes:

• 2hr workshop lead by our School Together Equal Programme Education Lead giving you and  your team the tools and training you need to organise and run an in-school assembly

• Workshop outline

• Draft script to use for school outreach to approach your local school

These are a fun, cost effective way to include your whole team in the conversation. As a not-for-profit, all profits fund our free school programme.
