The Dash Charity (formerly Berkshire East & South Bucks Women’s Aid) exists for one reason, to help individuals and families affected by domestic abuse with confidential advice and support.
One in four women and one in six men will be affected by domestic abuse. Dash provide Refuge services, advocacy and support for adults as well as therapeutic direct work, intervention and prevention work with children.
‘Together Equal is a fantastic initiative which The Dash Charity is proud to be part of. Local, grassroots charities delivering vital community interventions, such as ours, are increasingly at risk due to funding cuts.
